• Collaborate with product, care, IT, finance, and marketing to translate needs into initiatives.
• Define opportunity and success measures for concepts and partner with technology teams to develop.
• Prioritize and construct business cases to secure funding.
• Manage product roadmaps to maximize customer and business value.
• Define solutions via Epic and Capability level user stories for delivery teams.
• Develop competitive analyses and forecast impact on the business.
