• Operate digital recording equipment to capture court proceedings, depositions, and hearings
• Monitor multi-channel audio systems for clear, uninterrupted sound
• Maintain logs and annotations of speakers, exhibits, and proceedings in real time
• Produce and certify accurate transcripts from digital recordings promptly
• Archive digital audio files in compliance with court standards
• Coordinate with attorneys, judges, and staff to ensure smooth proceedings
• Troubleshoot and resolve recording issues as they arise
