Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Digital Content Administrator to manage and expand our digital platforms, including websites, apps, and ecommerce. You will publish content, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize the user experience across digital channels.

The role involves creating event pages, running campaigns, and coordinating with Marketing and Publications. A 2-year degree is required, with strong HTML/CSS skills and knowledge of SEO and email marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 year degree required.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS; web publishing experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital platform strategies.
  • Experience with HTML and website/content management.
  • Awareness of current marketing trends and social networking strategies.
  • Familiarity with a variety of web content concepts and publishing procedures.
  • Ability to work across departments to ensure content quality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for web-related products and digital platforms.
  • Create and manage event pages and campaigns (Blackthorn, Classy).
  • Support LMS content creation, functionality, and user training.
  • Coordinate with content providers and ensure content standards.
  • Maintain and update company websites and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot web content issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.
