Ideal candidate has superb writing, strong communication, and thrives in a fast-paced newsroom. You will mentor a team of digital producers, collaborate with reporters, and drive data-driven content strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years creating content for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
• Strong SEO and social media knowledge to grow audiences.
• Familiar with CMS and AI tools for newsroom workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Communications or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a digital team and coordinate with reporters.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital content strategy and publishing across FOX 8 platforms.
• Develop live and on-demand strategies for CTV and streaming growth.
• Monitor analytics and optimize video/story placement for engagement.
• Collaborate with news and marketing to promote exclusive CTV content.
• Mentor digital content producers and ensure production goals are met.
