Elsevier is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to assist the Digital Content Manager in developing and deploying market-critical learning content across Elsevier/NHE products. You will manage digital projects from inception to production, coordinating with SMEs, IDs, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating reviews, refining guidelines, and overseeing builds, UAT, and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Have a B.A./B.S. in English or related area.
• Have two or more years’ experience with digital content development.
• Demonstrate experience with media (online courses, multimedia, etc.).
• Be a self-starter with strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Possess a flexible and creative approach to problem solving. Be resourceful and decisive, with attention to detail.
• Be able to work independently. Have the ability to foresee and avert problems.
• Manage SMEs and interact professionally with SMEs and colleagues.
• Have knowledge of publishing process and MS Office.
• Some familiarity with EPUB, HTML5, HTML, XML, and AI-assisted authoring or content tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plans digital content development and delivery cadence.
• Plays a key role in stand-up meetings with internal and external content development partners.
• Ensures SMEs deliver work per schedule and mitigates risks when needed.
• Coordinates with SMEs and outsourced vendors to ensure quality, on-time content delivery.
• Participates in improving writing, assessment, and instructional design guidelines.
• Performs high-level review of outlines, assessments, and storyboards for detailed review.
• Coordinates build content delivery and oversees UAT fixes for gold delivery of course products.
