Sinclair Broadcast Group in Rhode Island is seeking a Digital Content Producer for WJAR to craft engaging web content and social posts. You will work closely with the Digital Executive Producer and newsroom leadership to enhance the station's digital presence.
The role requires strong news judgment, AP style writing, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including weekends and holidays. Experience with non-linear editing and newsroom systems is a plus.
WJAR, Southern New England’s News Leader,is seeking a full-time Digital Content Producer! The successful candidatewill be responsible for crafting engaging content and social media posts that will drive audience engagement and help bolster WJAR’s digital presence. Thisposition will consistently look for and create a diverse range of web content from a variety of sources. This position will also work closely with the Digital Executive Producer, News Director, Assistant News Director, and Creative Services Director.
