Wescom Financial seeks a Digital Content Marketing Senior Program Manager to lead digital content strategy across web, mobile, and intranet. This role combines content with digital experiences, using data-driven decisions to boost growth, engagement, and conversions.
You will partner with Marketing and IT, govern content standards, implement personalization, and optimize end-to-end journeys while reporting on KPIs like conversion and engagement.

Salary Pay Range For This Position
$102,896.00 - $154,395.00
The Digital Content Marketing Senior Program Manager leads overall digital content strategy and development across all digital platforms, including web, mobile, and intranet. This individual contributor role focuses on digital content management, including brand, copy, design/imagery, personalization, and end-to-end digital journeys. The position requires experience combining content strategies with digital experiences, using data-driven decision-making to enhance digital growth, engagement, and conversion. They partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless, user-centric content that aligns with organizational goals and delivers measurable business impact.
