Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Manager in Georgia to lead the digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, and AI-powered search experiences.

You will own SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility initiatives, manage agency relationships, and drive content standards, optimization, and performance across digital touchpoints. Collaboration with brand, ecommerce, technology, regulatory, legal, and agency teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, content strategy, SEO, digital shelf, or related fields.
• CPG experience strongly preferred.
• Strong project management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Leads Flowers Foods’ SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy and execution, including roadmaps and performance reporting.
• Manages relationships with SEO/AEO agencies and content partners.
• Defines and governs digital content standards, including copy, imagery, and metadata.
• Leads creation and optimization of new content for products and retailer-specific content.
• Owns website content workflows and content launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Sets KPIs for digital content and AI Visibility; analyzes performance and reports to executives.
• Leads digital shelf strategy to improve search rank, content completeness, and conversion.
• Monitors trends and translates opportunities into scalable standards and action plans.
• Oversees DAM+PIM operations and collaboration with teams on content updates.
• Owns ratings and reviews strategy with platforms to increase volume and content quality.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
