Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Covington, KY seeks a Digital Content Manager to set up and deploy participant communications with internal teams and outside vendors. The role supports the Workplace Investing and Personal Investing organizations and requires collaboration with Campaign Managers, Project Managers and Operations.

You will edit content using templates with minor HTML/CSS modifications, publish content for deployment, and perform quality checks while coordinating approvals and timelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create or edit content related to participant communications, including email, web or print communications using templates with minor HTML and CSS modification
• Setup, configure and publish content to be executable for deployment
• Quality check content, as needed
• Work with requestors to gain approvals of communications
• Work with internal business partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery and schedule communications
