This role includes:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to grow audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end creation of organic social media content—including ideation, scripting, and working with editors to produce compelling short-form videos, reels, and viral clips.
• Analyze performance data to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and optimize for growth.
• Oversee the creation of engaging written content (captions, headlines, and social posts) that align with Liz Moody’s brand voice.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging platform updates and best practices to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visual content that supports Liz Moody’s brand identity.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering audience relationships.
• Curate and edit social media clips from podcast episodes, ensuring they are engaging and optimized for each platform.
• Write engaging podcast titles, midrolls, and intros that capture attention and drive listens.
• Conduct first-pass content edits on podcast transcripts, ensuring clarity and alignment with the brand voice.
• Oversee quality control of video podcast edits before publication.
• Research and suggest high-impact podcast guests aligned with audience interests.
• Publish podcast episodes on Spotify, Megaphone, and YouTube, including metadata management and midroll placement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation, strategy, and audience growth—preferably for personal brands, media, or wellness-focused content.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills with an eye for viral, engaging content.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
• Data-driven mindset—you analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy for optimization.
• Experience in short-form video content creation and editing (or managing editors).
