Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with major course work in criminal justice, communications, journalism, film, media, marketing, broadcasting, or related field supplemented by two or more years of related experience and/or training in law enforcement, editorial work, or marketing. Must have demonstrated experience in audio/video production methods.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Bi-lingual candidates are eligible for a Bilingual Employee Pay Incentive. Proficient in editing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarity. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of analyzing content needs and determining the best approach to meet those needs creatively. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in evaluating and improving content strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
