Here is what the role looks like:

The Digital Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and digital trends. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and collaboration to develop high‑quality assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Here are some of the main functions of this role:

• Develop high‑quality visual and video content for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Independently produce short‑form video content from concept to completion, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
• Plan and manage production logistics for shoots, including scheduling, location coordination, equipment preparation, and on‑site execution.
• Capture, edit, and optimize short‑form video content for social media platforms and assist Creative Director or Digital Content Manager in long‑form video content.
• Design graphics, motion elements, and supporting visuals to enhance digital storytelling.
• Write engaging, on‑brand video scripts, captions, and supporting copy when needed.
• Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and quality for various digital platforms and campaign requirements.
• Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and digital assets to maintain an efficient media library.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams to execute campaign content effectively.
• Contribute creative ideas through brainstorming sessions and proactive content pitching.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content quality and performance.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital content tools.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future creative output.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you need to have:

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital content, social media management, or marketing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience managing social media campaigns, paid ads, and content production.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience with social media advertising, budgeting, targeting, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to professionally manage online engagement, customer interactions, and negative social media activity.
• Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work any shifts and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business.
