Job Overview

Job Title: Associate, Digital Content
Company: The One Club for Creativity
Location: New York City (hybrid)
Salary: $60,000 per year

The Associate, Digital Content will support the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy in day‑to‑day social media posting and content generation. The role creates compelling, trend‑aware content that amplifies our brand across social platforms and supports multiple One Club programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate engaging original content (copy, images, videos) that resonates with our diverse audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the strategist to ideate and execute social‑first campaigns.
• Attend and cover One Club events and initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, and adapt content strategies in real‑time to leverage current trends and platform updates.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand alignment across channels.
• Help track and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
• Ability to create, shoot, and edit social‑first video content.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies in social media.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment

This hybrid position requires presence at the New York headquarters in Hudson Yards on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with additional days as workload demands.
