Engagement Specialist

We are looking for an engagement specialist who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will educate individuals about their LHH career transition services and connect them to resources based on their needs. They will be mindful of the emotions our clients experience regarding their future uncertainties.

• Reports to the NA, Engagement Performance & Quality Manager

In this role, you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of all LHH programs, features, and benefits during phone calls.
• Provide professional and timely follow-up to all client and individual inquiries.
• Manage expectations by clearly communicating next steps and timing.
• Meet or exceed engagement KPI metrics.
• Adhere to outreach protocols.
• Document engagement efforts accurately in ORBIT.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to calls, emails, and SMS, explaining solutions and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
• Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse anger when necessary.
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
