Ladders is seeking a Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle Student Financial Aid (Technical) for remote US-based candidates. You will support cloud implementations focused on Oracle SFA and handle technical delivery for client engagements.

The role involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to analytics, reporting, and operational execution across engagements, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a technical developer with cloud implementations and Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) experience.
• 2-4 years in requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and user interfacing.
• Strong analytical skills for documentation and communication.
• Self-discipline with the ability to manage project workstreams independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle Student Financial Aid (Technical) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will support cloud implementation work with a focus on Oracle Student Financial Aid and technical delivery for client engagements. The associate will help drive project work streams, translate complex requirements into clear documentation, and partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful implementation outcomes. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to analytics, reporting, and operational execution across engagements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 annually
