Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or advisory roles for enterprise-scale platform implementations.
• Experience leading design sessions across multiple financial modules.
• Proven track record as a finance architect and engagement lead in financial implementations.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Director, Oracle Cloud Financials to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead enterprise finance transformation engagements, with a strong focus on solution architecture, design leadership, and delivery execution across complex cloud-based financial systems. The position partners closely with senior client executives, implementation teams, and internal consulting resources to shape project strategy and ensure successful outcomes. It also plays an important role in developing team capabilities, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and strengthening trusted advisor relationships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions for multiple financial modules
• Drive solution architecture and execution for cloud financial implementations
• Manage onshore and offshore support resources effectively
