Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy helping clients transform operational, digital and cultural aspects to drive growth. We seek a Senior Analyst to join delivery teams, analyze requirements, maintain documentation, conduct tests, and interface with business users in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will collaborate with clients and team members, contributing to solutions and tangible results while leveraging training and coaching opportunities offered by Huron.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors.
• 1–2 years of experience in software implementation processes.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud certifications is a plus.
• Prior consulting industry experience is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
