Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks a Data Analytics Manager to lead the digital construction platform strategy for high-profile projects. You will own end-to-end digital workflows, coordinate cross‑department data processes, and configure Procore with hands-on training for teams.

You will supervise Procore administration, analytics, and automation, driving adoption of standardized digital workflows across departments in alignment with corporate data standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil/heavy-construction environments.
• Procore administration experience with certification.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
• Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365 including Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team covering Procore administration, analytics/dashboards, and process automation.
• Coordinate platform strategy with the Reporting Integration Manager and align with corporate data standards.
• Translate department processes into configured Procore tools, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports connecting Procore data to Power BI.
