Job Description

The Digital Commerce Specialist will help create an exceptional Amazon shopping experience and drive the holistic site strategy using customer insights and data to tell a cohesive story.

Responsibilities

• Work with Assistant Manager on all day‑to‑day oversight of Amazon, including product catalog maintenance, onsite merchandising, and overall site monitoring.
• Ensure store product offerings are optimized through sales analysis and competitive research.
• Conduct store QA and work with the development team to resolve any issues.
• Stay up to date with emerging e‑commerce trends, market research, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an e‑commerce merchandising role, preferably Amazon 1P/3P.
• General understanding of the Amazon platform.
• Experience with Salsify or another PIM platform.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of the retail or beauty industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
