Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development or related field plus 4 years in a production environment or equivalent.
• Professional experience using a CMS in ongoing production.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and email production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, QA, and publish web content within a CMS and manage structured content and templates.
• Build and modify HTML for email production and ensure templates meet design standards.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, PMs, and developers to publish assets on schedule.
• Identify improvements to templates, workflows, and QA processes to improve quality.
• Document publishing processes and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot issues in CMS, HTML, and email production and escalate when needed.
