Job summary

Corning Incorporated's Cables Division is seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to establish the division's OCM practice, develop digital training programs, and define the digital skills architecture for engineers and supervisors across our manufacturing sites.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, you’ll partner with HR, Lean teams, and functional leadership to drive measurable digital adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in organizational change, learning, or digital adoption in manufacturing.
• Experience leading change for technology or system implementations.
• Prosci/ADKAR certification or commitment to obtain within first year.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training for technical audiences (curriculum design, classroom, virtual).
• Experience building skills frameworks or role-based learning paths.
• Ability to influence across functions, plants, and teams with travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management for digital transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and deliver digital training programs for salaried roles (curriculum, classroom and virtual).
• Build and maintain a digital skills matrix; partner with HR to embed skills in hiring profiles and development plans.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and AI-enabled workflows by engaging leadership and integrating into work processes.
• Establish train-the-trainer models with Lean and CI teams for scalable plant-level delivery.
• Measure and report training completion, adoption rates, and behavior change.
