Corning's Cables Division is building the people side of its digital transformation—and this role is central to that effort. As the Change & Adoption Lead, you will establish the division’s organizational change management (OCM) practice, develop and deliver digital training programs, and define the digital skills architecture for engineers, supervisors, and managers across our manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, you’ll partner with HR, Lean teams, and functional leadership to drive measurable digital adoption at scale.

The range for this position is $98,588.00 – $135,559.00, assuming full‑time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
