The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and F&I to ensure a consistent customer experience and compliant pricing communications.

The ideal candidate has automotive internet sales or BDC experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise staff while meeting lead conversion targets.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive internet sales or BDC is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of online leads and customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
• Familiarity with vehicle financing concepts and dealership policies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internet leads across website, third-party sources, and CRM; respond promptly and document activity.
• Oversee CRM activity, follow-up standards, and lead assignment.
• Coordinate with sales, F&I, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless online-to-offline experience.
• Supervise Internet Sales Representatives or BDC personnel if assigned and coach staff.
• Track performance metrics and manage pricing representations and advertising compliance.
