PLUS Communications, a full-service firm based in Arlington, Virginia, seeks a creative Director to lead our digital practice and help advocacy campaigns win. You will translate senior leadership direction into digital strategies, serve as primary client contact, manage multiple accounts, mentor staff, and collaborate with Design and Digital Advertising to launch assets and present results.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing ability.
• Proven track-record drafting creative content for digital channels.
• Experience using digital marketing tools for advocacy campaigns.
• Ability to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with digital marketing, political campaigns and/or public affairs projects.
• Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital strategies for public affairs clients, translating senior leadership direction into effective campaigns.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing content, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring strong team output.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Design and Digital Advertising, to develop and launch campaign assets.
• Draft and edit client-facing materials, including content, reports, and presentations.
