Job summary

The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is seeking a temporary digital campaigns staffer to provide hands-on campaign production and project coordination during a staff leave. This execution-focused role will translate strategy into timely email, SMS, and peer-to-peer campaigns.

The candidate will set up campaigns in EveryAction/NGP VAN, Mobile Commons, and P2P platforms, build audience segments, manage assets, and ensure QA before launch. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and sending digital campaigns, especially email and SMS.
• Experience with EveryAction/NGP VAN or similar CRM/digital organizing platforms.
• Experience with SMS and P2P platforms; Mobile Commons and ThruText/GetThru preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, schedule, and launch email, SMS, and P2P campaigns.
• Set up campaigns in EveryAction/NGP VAN, Mobile Commons, and P2P texting platforms such as ThruText/GetThru.
• Coordinate campaign production from request through launch, managing assets, approvals, deadlines.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and communicate status, deadlines, blockers.
• Troubleshoot routine campaign issues and escalate complex questions.
• Support recruitment and mobilization campaigns for national programs and state work.
