Job summary

PLUS Communications in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a creative Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice. This full-time role requires a 40-hour week with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

The position is non-exempt under the FLSA and eligible for overtime pay, with a budgeted salary of $55,000 and a year-end bonus opportunity. You will develop and deploy digital outreach across email, text, and other channels for top-tier campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with drive.
• Experience sending marketing emails.
• Reporting, Excel or data analysis experience.
• Proven content writing for digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy political and public affairs emails, text messages and P2P messages.
• Create and analyze reports for email, text messages and P2P messages.
• Set up links and tracking details.
• Create website pages and forms.
• Build workflows for various marketing channels.
• Assist in developing fundraising package concepts.
• Prepare and review fundraising packages for client approval and deployment.
• Assist in decision-making based on reporting for fundraising packages.
• Data selection and management for fundraising programs.
