PLUS Communications, based in Arlington, VA, is seeking a creative Associate to join our growing digital practice and support top-tier advocacy campaigns.

You will set up and deploy emails, analyze reports, create website pages, and build workflows across marketing channels while assisting in fundraising initiatives. The role offers a hybrid schedule, 40 hours per week, potential year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and self-starter mindset.
• Experience sending or deploying marketing emails.
• Reporting, Excel or data analysis experience.
• Proven ability to draft creative content for digital channels.
• WordPress CMS experience is a plus.
• HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy compelling political and public affairs emails, text messages and P2P messages.
• Create and analyze reports for email, text messages and P2P messages.
• Set up links and tracking details.
• Create website pages and forms.
• Build out workflows for various marketing channels.
• Assist in developing fundraising package concepts.
• Prepare and review fundraising packages for client approval and deployment.
• Assist in decision-making based on reporting for fundraising packages.
• Data selection and management for fundraising programs.
