Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and business-savvy Digital Business Development Assistant to support a growing professional training and speaking business. You will help scale presence, secure speaking/training engagements, and manage outreach via CRM tools. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate directly with a thought leader and expand their influence across industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research relevant conferences, events, podcasts, training panels, and corporate speaking opportunities.
  • Execute personalized outreach using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Manage follow-up sequences and communications to optimize engagement and booking rates.
  • Maintain CRM with updated lead info, tasks, and communication history.
  • Provide concise weekly reports on progress and suggested next steps.
  • Assist with calendar coordination and scheduling of calls.
  • Build and update a database of aligned prospects.
  • Contribute outreach strategies, pitch improvements, and ideas.
  • Manage and grow the speaker’s presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, or executive assistant roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Excellent communication with a professional tone.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and email marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, and social platforms.
  • Strong research skills and persistence in opportunity sourcing.
  • Strategic mindset aligned with the speaker’s brand.
