Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Ashland, OH is seeking a Digital Bindery Operator to support bindery operations and packaging on the 2nd shift. You will operate bindery equipment, perform basic maintenance, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production.

Training starts on 1st shift for 4–5 weeks, then you move to the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri) with overtime as needed. Eligibility includes a High School Diploma or 6+ months of experience, basic math, ruler skills, and

Digital Bindery Operator | $15.00/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential | On Demand Pay

Shift:

2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday - overtime as required

Training:

Your first 4-5 weeks will be worked on 1 st shift (5:30am-2:00pm). Following your successful competition of training, you will move to your 2 nd shift schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Read small print, work in close quarters, and complete small finger movements
• Exposure to dust or fumes, and marked changes in temperature and/or humidity
