Job summary

Financial Partners Credit Union in Downey, CA is seeking an Electronic Services Rep II to provide expert support for ACH, Bill Pay, Drafts, RDC, Wires and Digital Banking. You will troubleshoot issues on Android and iOS apps, balance GLs and assist with risk management to mitigate fraud.

The role requires a one-year college or technical certificate or six months to one year of related experience, plus an AA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provides external member and internal partner support related to ACH, Bill Pay, Drafts, RDC, Wires and Digital Banking.
• Provides technical support for digital banking, Android and iOS mobile apps, ACH, Bill Pay, RDC and Zelle.
• Balances and maintains GLs and supports specialized desks as needed.
• Works with Risk Management to research and resolve fraud in digital channels.
