Job summary
UFCU in Austin, Texas is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Digital Banking to bridge product owners and delivery teams for online and mobile banking features within an Agile framework.
You will elicit requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, collaborate with developers, QA, and UX, and ensure secure, compliant member experiences. This exempt role reports to the Director of Digital Banking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years as a business analyst or similar role.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, writing features and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with online/mobile banking platforms is a plus.
- Bondable status or ability to obtain needed clearances.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business, member, and system requirements for online/mobile features.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze current/future processes, journeys, and data flows; create use cases and rules.
- Define and refine features and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with QA, UX, and developers to ensure proper implementation and testing.
- Support release readiness, including training materials and stakeholder communications.
