Qualifications

• Experience in contact center or digital banking environments preferred.

• Excellent written communication and professional tone required.

Responsibilities

• Processes bank-by-mail transactions accurately and efficiently per procedures and risk controls.
• Responds to inquiries via secure messaging, chat, and other digital channels with timely, professional service.
• Provides onboarding guidance for online accounts and digital service setup.
• Manages risk by following policies and procedures and exercising sound judgment.
• Backups for the Customer Solutions Center by handling live incoming calls as needed.
• Engages in proactive outreach to deepen relationships and promote digital adoption.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and digital solutions to resolve customer needs and drive loyalty.
• Communicates clearly in written messages and chat; ensures accurate, customer-focused language.
• Collaborates with the Customer Solutions Center Manager to align service, sales, and operations strategies.
• Supports Bank outreach efforts and remains adaptable to policy and organizational changes.
