Job summary

Sia is seeking a Manager for Consumer & Retail Banking Digital Products in NYC. You will lead engagements designing, building, and scaling digital banking experiences across mobile, web, and embedded finance for major financial institutions.

The role combines product management with consulting, requiring deep knowledge of deposits, lending, payments, and customer experience. Travel to client sites may be required, with onsite collaboration in multiple U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work in management consulting or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of digital banking products and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Digital Banking Product & Service Expertise across mobile and online channels.
• Apply knowledge of consumer banking products and operations to client solutions.
• Translate concepts for diverse stakeholders in business, product, operations, and risk.
• Assess integration with core banking, CRM, fraud, and data environments.
• Navigate regulatory, risk, and control considerations in digital banking programs.
• Shape client solutions, roadmaps, pilots, and vendor strategies (Alkami, Backbase, nCino, etc.).
• Support business development through client knowledge and proposals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consulting teams; contribute to firm leadership.
