Job summary

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company in Moosic, PA is seeking a Digital Operations Support Specialist to assist in processing daily electronic banking tasks and coordinating with branches and other departments.

You will handle telephone support, ACH/Wire maintenance, Remote Deposit, BillPay, Online Banking, and system access tasks, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. This is a full-time on-site position in a stable community bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication and technical skills essential.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to work with banking software.

Responsibilities

• Provides telephone support for branch staff and customer support line.
• Supports ACH/Wire maintenance, reports, and programs for commercial customers.
• Supports Remote Deposit products, including transactions and reports.
• Supports BillPay products, including transactions and reports.
• Supports Online Banking, including transactions and reports.
• Maintains Telephone Banking system and other operations tasks.
• Performs system maintenance such as account access, password resets, and monitoring.
• Provides support for various Operations tasks.
