Job summary

American Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Manager to drive growth, delivery, and adoption of our consumer and business digital banking products. The role collaborates across departments to improve customer experience, implement digital payments, and leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities.

The position combines technology leadership with relationship building, overseeing the digital banking team and promoting online tools like Clover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives with deadlines and objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise, and coach the Digital Banking department, including both consumer and business banking.
• Evaluate and support emerging digital banking technologies and recommend enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and digital engagement.
• Drive debit card usage by consumers.
• Work with New Accounts and Marketing on product delivery to customers.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders to promote key online banking tools.
• Own strategic and operational functions of Clover, a point-of-sale program.
• Allocate team resources and digital resources to effectively serve customers.

Count On To:

• Effective organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Banking experience preferred
