Harvard FCU seeks a Digital Banking Manager to lead product strategy, member experience, and delivery for the credit union’s digital platform. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, utilizing data and insights to shape features that meet member needs and drive digital adoption.
The manager will guide backlog prioritization, coordinate launches, track KPIs, and oversee a team of Digital Banking Specialists while ensuring compliance and strong vendor relationships.

The Digital Banking Manager is a key role responsible for shaping, delivering, and optimizing digital experiences across digital channels. Working under the leadership of VP of Digital Banking, this role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution – using business analysis, customer insight, and technical understanding to create products that meet member needs, support operational goals, and drive ongoing digital adoption.
The Digital Banking Manager leads product strategy, member experience, delivery, data & performance, stakeholder & vendor collaboration and people leadership to enhance the credit union’s digital banking platform.
Basic Qualifications are the minimum threshold a candidate must meet in order to be considered for this role.

This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non‑Harvard location. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at its discretion and based upon operational needs. When not working at a Harvard or Harvard‑designated location, employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University’s Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
