U.S. Bank is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Digital Product group within Consumer & Business Banking.

You will handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management while partnering with leaders, developers, project managers, and other partners on digital initiatives and capital projects. The role emphasizes creating dashboards, reports, and management presentations, with opportunities to lead projects and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically six or more years of related experience.
• Background in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and general accounting procedures, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, expense management, capital expenditures, and financial modeling.
• Experience using financial systems and large datasets; data mining, visualization, dashboards, and automation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support business-line P&L activities with focus on expense management, budgeting, monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis for expense allocation, business cases, peer group comparisons, and capital expenditures.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, financial models, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, data issues, and financial drivers; translate findings into recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and present financial results to senior leadership.
• Use financial systems and large datasets to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, workflows, and efficiency.
