Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead enterprise forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting while partnering with senior finance leaders.

This role offers exposure to technology, operations, risk, and other corporate functions, delivering actionable insights to support enterprise decisions. You will drive planning, forecasting, and performance management, presenting results to executive leadership and guiding strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant finance, FP&A, forecasting, or financial management experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities across the enterprise.
• Consolidate financial forecasts from business lines into enterprise-level reporting and analysis.
• Support the annual budgeting process with cross-functional targets and assumptions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investments.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for enterprise planning and forecasting.
