Peoples Bank in Newton, NC, seeks a Digital Banking CRM-Incident Support Specialist to respond to customer inquiries across bank channels and ensure accurate documentation and data reconciliation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant financial institution experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

The Digital Banking CRM-Incident Support Specialist role consists of responding and completion of compiled information that has been gathered on bank customers across the different bank channels-or points of contact between the customer and banker which could include telephone and email. The position requires a level of attention to detail, organizational skills, able to multi-task, skilled in reconciliation of internal general ledger and demand accounts. The position requires excellent computer skills, must be able to work with people, have a good phone presence, excellent documentation skills and very well organized.
