Job summary

We're seeking a technology-focused leader to oversee and enhance online and mobile banking platforms, digital applications, integrations, analytics, and reporting. This role will partner with IT and business leaders to improve digital banking experiences, manage technology initiatives, and leverage data to drive business performance.
- Lead the strategy, enhancement, and ongoing management of online and mobile banking platforms and digital channels.
- Manage digital banking applications, system integrations, technology implementations, and platform enhancements.
- Partner with IT, business, and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve the digital banking experience.
- Oversee mobile application initiatives, third-party vendors, technology partners, and project delivery.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support business performance.
- Evaluate emerging digital banking technologies and recommend solutions that improve member/customer and employee experiences.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or managing online banking, mobile banking, digital banking platforms, or related financial technology.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, application integrations, APIs, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing technology projects, platform implementations, enhancements, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience with dashboards, KPIs, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Banking, credit union, financial services, or fintech experience strongly preferred.
