Job summary

Bank of Hope in Honolulu seeks a Digital Accounts & Services Representative to assist prospect customers by phone and email to complete online account applications, explain product differences, and verify information with accuracy.

You will document customer interactions in CRM, manage inquiries, set up new accounts, maintain confidentiality, and support the team during high volume periods while meeting SLA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of financial operations experience in Online Banking and Mobile Banking preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft CRM is preferred.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking products such as Checking, Savings, Money Market, and CD.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and data verification skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and updating customer accounts and explain product differences.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email; resolve issues and meet SLA.
• Set up new accounts; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and update customer information.
• Support SOP updates under guidance of senior managers.
