Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Director to lead our online sales strategy and manage high-volume leads. You will coordinate with showroom, finance, and other teams to deliver a luxury guest experience from inquiry to sale.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, business acumen, and a solutions-oriented mindset, with expertise in CRM, data mining, and pricing/inventory tools to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extroverted personality with ability to start conversations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or related field or comparable automotive experience
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset and problem solving ability
• Experience with software systems critical to a sales operation (CRM, data mining, customer communication tools, pricing/inventory tools)

Responsibilities

• Ensure a luxury experience for all guests with world-class hospitality
• Maintain organized and consistent follow-up with leads
• Respond to inventory and pricing inquiries from web sources
• Prioritize and review active and inactive leads
• Convert more leads into appointments and sales
• Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs using Earnhardt inventory knowledge
• Guide customers through the sale, appraisal, financing applications and test drives
• Complete all records and documentation for smooth transactions
