Job summary

Lou Sobh Kia of Newnan is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to handle online inquiries, phone leads, and email responses while helping customers choose the right vehicle. You will apply automotive product knowledge to maximize happiness and sales opportunities, and schedule demonstrations when appropriate.

A positive, proactive attitude and prior sales or customer service experience are valued. The role emphasizes excellent communication, timely follow-up, and collaboration with the sales team

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well‑spoken manner.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection with industry knowledge and customer happiness.
• Understand the psychology of internet customers and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online.
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
