Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, fintech, payments, custody, settlement, or digital assets.
• Experience designing or integrating complex trading, transfer, settlement, custody, or transaction processing platforms.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenization frameworks, digital asset ecosystems, and distributed ledger platforms.
• Experience partnering with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate complex environments, manage competing priorities, and influence decision-making across multiple organizations.
• Understanding of risk management, regulatory considerations, and operational controls within financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into scalable capability models and roadmap initiatives for digital asset products and services.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to define architecture strategies.
• Evaluate platform opportunities and support enterprise-wide digital asset initiatives.
• Guide architecture decisions, assess platform impacts and dependencies, and ensure alignment with Schwab's strategy.
