Digital Assets Production Services Manager

In this role, you will:

• Possess knowledge of Digital Assets, Cryptos, Wallets, MPC, Smart Contracts, DeFi Apps, and Blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor application changes and their operating environment.
• Lead production readiness reviews and validate supportability of changes before deployment.
• Utilize strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting/programming languages (Python, Perl, Shell scripting).
• Work with CI/CD tools like GitLab and monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.
• Automate deployments and repetitive tasks in time-sensitive projects.
• Support platform administration, deployments, upgrades, and incident troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment using JIRA and Confluence.
• Manage vulnerabilities and produce detailed system documentation.

To succeed, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Ability to ensure operational stability, introduce automation, manage configuration, oversee software builds, and resolve application issues.

We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, including flexible resources, paid leaves, and more. The base salary range is $122,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and location. This position is at-will, with potential adjustments based on performance and market factors.
