Chardan in New York seeks an Equity Research Associate for Digital Assets & Infrastructure to join the research team. You will build financial models, value companies, and contribute to cutting-edge coverage of digital assets, data centers, and AI.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of equity research experience, strong modeling and analytical skills, and relevant regulatory licenses (Series 7, SIE, 63, 86, 87).

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of equity research experience.
• Industry knowledge in digital assets, data centers, and/or AI ecosystems.
• Completed regulatory licenses (Series 7, SIE, 63, 86, 87).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models.
• Perform valuation analysis of covered companies.
• Conduct diligence in cutting-edge areas of the digital assets space.
• Assist in conducting primary research with key opinion leaders.
• Assist in generating actionable research ideas for investors.
• Participate in company management calls and conferences.
• Field inbound requests from clients.
• Assist with special projects, analyses, presentations, and/or reports as assigned.
• Keep abreast of industry and company news in areas of focus.
