Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to support a busy creative studio by managing digital photo and video assets.

You will ensure assets are properly tagged, organized, and delivered on time, using Photoshop, Bridge, and DAM platforms. You will collaborate with production and creative teams to maintain asset quality and accessibility, track workflows, and keep asset libraries organized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years in Digital Asset Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly Photoshop and Bridge.
  • Hands-on experience with batch processing and Photoshop Actions.
  • 3+ years working with DAM systems and familiarity with Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Photography Studio by managing intake, processing, organization, quality control, and delivery of digital assets.
  • Serve as liaison between creative teams and production to ensure assets are properly tagged, transferred, and accessible.

Position Overview for the Digital Asset Specialist:
