A leading digital asset trading firm is seeking a Sales Trader to support OTC sales and trading activities, grow institutional client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of the firm. The role involves executing trades, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in financial services. This position offers in-office and partially remote work options in Miami.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally within digital assets or trading.
Basic understanding of compliance requirements related to AML/KYC and trade settlement.
Fluent English required; fluent Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
Execute client orders efficiently, managing risks associated with market volatility.
Collaborate with sales and compliance teams for client onboarding.
Maintain relationships with clients and liquidity providers.
Assist in identifying potential clients and developing sales pitches.
Ensure adherence to AML/KYC policies.
Skills
Strong knowledge of financial markets
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education
