Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, digital asset management, information systems, library/information science, digital production, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience working with digital asset management or high-volume digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the organization, tracking, integrity, and production status of client digital assets throughout the Services workflow.
• Maintain records of where digital assets are stored and their current production status.
• Coordinate digital asset transfers, cloud storage, and movement of files among production systems.
• Oversee post-imaging production workflow, including image quality control, cropping, and derivative generation.
• Monitor throughput, backlog, and production progress; identify bottlenecks.
