A leading digital streaming network in New York, NY is seeking a Digital Asset Management Coordinator for a 9-month, onsite assignment. The role involves ingesting and organizing media in the DAM, applying metadata, and ensuring quality control.

It offers 40 hours/week at $30/hr on a W2 basis with benefits and a comprehensive retirement savings program. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in digital asset management, familiarity with media formats, and experience with transfer tools like Aspera or

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in digital asset management or media operations.
• Familiarity with media formats, codecs, frame rates, captions and subtitles.
• Experience with Aspera or Signiant Media Shuttle is preferred.
• Proficiency on Mac and PC and with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Airtable is preferred.
• OpenText Media Management or another DAM system is preferred.
• Experience with physical media such as LTO, DVD-R, Digibeta, HDCamSR is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest digital media assets into the DAM system following procedures and labeling conventions.
• Apply metadata and support rights and embargo metadata accuracy.
• Perform post-ingest quality control and escalate issues as needed.
• Support migration/validation of legacy assets and test new ingest workflows.
• Track ingest requests and assist internal teams with uploads, downloads, and metadata corrections.
